The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and fairly friendly. The rooms were good-sized and beautifully maintained, with beautiful views, especially at sunset. The service was friendly during our wonderful stay. Free wifi was a nice perk. The location in the K tower was magnificent. The nearby Cheesecake Factory is a good spot for tea or coffee.

Stayed at a newly remodelled room with which was great, very comfortable bedding, for instance. The location was magnificent and wonderful, in business office with easy access to a shopping mall and all the main shops.
The area was absolutely disgusting.

We loved the hotel facilities, including the pool area and the coffee shop downstairs. The bed was comfortable for our 6-day stay. The location was perfect, with beautiful beach views and close proximity to the beach. The hotel staff, including the head housekeeper, made our stay amazing with their attentive service. We also enjoyed the variety of restaurants and the convenience of having ABC convenience stores and Starbucks nearby.
